Winter Celebration

Our class will be having a Winter Celebration on Thursday, December 22, 2011.  The Winter Celebration will be from 12:30-1:15 p.m in our classroom.  During this time the students will be sipping hot chocolate and enjoying other treats. 

Your child will need to bring in a coffee mug and the item(s) that they volunteered to bring. Please remember to bring in enough to share with the whole class. There are 17 students and 1 teacher. We are celebrating the wonderful achievements that each student has reached in 2011 and I cannot wait to see the possibilities of 2012!  Have a wonderful holiday and a Happy New Year.

Fall Celebration Reminder

Thank you to those parents who have volunteered to donate items to the Fall celebration. I have sent home a reminder of those item(s) in this week’s Friday folder.

DON’T FORGET:

·       Pizza money, if your child chooses to purchase pizza!

·       The celebration is Monday, October 31^st from 12:30-1:15 p.m. in our classroom.

Fall Celebration

Mrs. Drain’s class will be having a Fall Celebration on Monday, October 31, 2011.  The Fall Celebration will be from 12:30:-1:15p.m. in our classroom.  We are celebrating the wonderful transition that your child has made into the fourth grade and the completion of the MEAP. Please join us in this celebration! We would love all parents who can, to attend! It would be great to see you!

The students have voted to have pizza during the Fall Celebration. Your child is NOT required to purchase pizza; they can still eat the school lunch during that time. However, if your child would like to eat pizza, the cost is $1.00 a slice and they have the option of either cheese or pepperoni. All money should be turned in by Friday, October 28^th. Other items are also needed for the celebration. If you would like to contribute other item(s), please click on the permission slip tab above.

When purchasing or preparing the items, please be mindful that there are 17 students in the classroom, plus 1 teacher. Thank you for your support!

A more detail note is located in LAST week’s Friday form. If you are able to donate items to this celebration, please complete the form and have your child return it to school.
